Finding Light - A seminar on observing, adjusting, and filming natural light

Within a single frame, light shapes the perception of time, space, and atmosphere. 

Natural light, even when filming a close-up and without seeing its source, can reveal the weather, time of day, or the size of the space, all of which become part of the cinematic image. The seminar will focus on filming under natural or existing light, as well as on modifying and adjusting it with minimal means.
